After graduating in Architecture in 1978, Mario Mazzer received a diploma in Industrial Design from the Milan Polytechnic in 1979.

He trained with Italian design masters such as Castiglioni and Zanuso and distinguished himself in numerous international competitions including the Young & Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award.

In the field of industrial design Mazzer has collaborated with many of the most prestigious design companies such as Artemide, Busnelli, Martex, Meson’s, Permasteelisa, Poliform, Varaschin, and Zanotta.

For years he has collaborated with ShadeLAB to develop new types of awnings that, through design, meet the growing architectural needs of both residential and urban outdoor furniture.
